Saumata Suites, Residence for the High-End

Sutera Agung Properti is back with another new project, offering an apartment exclusively for the high-class community.

The property developer recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for Saumata Suites, which resides in Alam Sutera area and stood under 1 hectare of land.

Sutera Agung Properti’s Marketing Director, Boy Noviyandi explained that Saumata Suites consists of 29 levels; a total of 104 units (100 units of 3BR types and 4 units of penthouse). Every level of Saumata Suites will consist of four 3BR types of 167 m2. “There will be 2 units of the penthouse on each of the penthouse levels, each with a size of 350 m2. Saumata Suites also allows 2 parking lots for residents of the property. Saumata Suites is sold 30% to date, with a price of Rp. 29 million per square metre. Whilst the 3BR type starts from the price of Rp. 4.8 billion,” Boy explains.

Saumata Suites will be constructed in a manner which prioritizes air circulation and natural light, to optimize the living condition of its residents.

Every resident will gain access to the private lift using their very own access card.

Similar to its predecessor, Saumata Suites will apply “golden fins” to its design which act as sun shading, blocking excess light to the rooms inside.

“We will also provide a wide range of facilities, from a swimming pool, sauna, gym, children’s playground and a library. There will also be a commercial area to fulfil the needs of the residents and the general public.” He added.
