Investment Value of Saumata Apartment Soars After Handover

Jakarta as the biggest metropolitan city in the country, is now lacking sufficient land for the development of places to live. It is difficult to find the space for high-rise buildings, let alone for landed houses. It is not a surprise that towns around Jakarta became the alternative place to live for those who works in the capital city.

Provinces such as Bekasi, Tangerang and South Tangerang is full of real estate projects to be able to accommodate to  the demand. High-rise model had become the trend of real estate development in these areas. Furthermore, demand for high rise apartments in Tangerang and around it has rapidly increased.

Based on the data of Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia on October 2016, area of Tangerang currently offers more than 12,686 units of apartments. Tangerang area is a home to more than 25 million people, consisting of towns such as South Tangerang, Tangerang City and Tangerang district which is in the province of Banten.

Serpong area became one of the attractive area with high potential for real estate developers to develop high rise apartments. Rapid increase in growth and demand for vertical living in Tangerang, Banten, attracts developers to start their project in the area, with currently more than 30 high rise apartment projects are being developed.

Due to its high potential, on June 2014, one of the developers, PT Sutera Agung Properti started its first projects, Saumata Apartment in Alam Sutera, which caters to the high income customers who are looking to move away from the heavy traffic and crowded metropolitan city of Jakarta.
